Photo-video-reporter and freelance operator between Italy and Slovenia, he worked at an agency of Trieste who collaborated with various tvnews channels, including even the RAI TG3. Besides his inevitable camera, for shooting video in Somalia he brought with him a professional camcorder Sony Betacam SP from which he rarely separated and who had a lot of care. Accustomed to travel frequently abroad to be at the forefront with his camera, he accompanied Ilaria Alpi in Somalia in that would be their last journey, a journey toward immortality.
